Members will also receive at least a 10% discount on surgical

Network is one of the largest PPO networks in the U.S. The PHCS
provides members nationwide access to over 310,000 Physicians,
Practitioners and approximately 30,000 Ancillary Care Facilities.
The average discount for Physicians depending on region is approximately
30% and close to 50% at the Specialty Care Facilities. The PHCS
network has a variety of medical specialists to choose from. |
